I’ve been a full time licensed realtor since 1993. Although I’m still licensed, I no longer sell. I coach realtors nationwide full time. I’ve been the top agent in my county numerous years and the top agent in my office often. My first 15 years I sold the conventional way (cold phone calling, door knocking, farming)… Conventional marketing works, but I discovered a much better system about 17 years ago! It worked much better for me than the conventional marketing I did my first 15 years. It is working for others I’m coaching and it will work for you!
