I’ve been a full time licensed realtor for 26 years. Although I’m still licensed, I no longer sell. I coach realtors nationwide full time. I’ve been the top agent in my county numerous years and the top agent in my office often. My first 17 years I sold the conventional way (cold phone calling, door knocking, farming)… Conventional marketing works, but I discovered a much better system 9 years ago! It worked for me, it’s working for others I’m coaching and it will work for you! In 2009 I began using a system that completely changed my career. I’m currently licensed with Keller Williams in Cincinnati, OH and live in Ft Thomas, KY. I have four grown children, two boys and two girls, four granddaughters and one grandson. I love to travel, hike, run and bicycle. In 1978 I road a bicycle from Williamsburg, VA to Florence, OR. In 2002 I ran a marathon a day from San Diego, CA to Washington, DC for diabetes awareness.
