My coaching is unique in three ways.

Unlike most other coaching programs, I don’t suggest cold phone calling, door knocking, farming or paying any company or site for lead generation! Cold phone calls and door knocks can produce results if you’ll do enough of it. However, cold phone calls and door knocks irritate homeowners! There’s a MUCH BETTER WAY and that’s exactly what I teach! I did cold phone calling and door knocking for my first 15 years… My last 17 years I found a MUCH BETTER WAY! It worked for me, it’s working for others I coach and it will work for you!

Choose me as your coach, and YOU GET ME as your coach! So many other coaching organizations hire people who have never sold real estate to coach their clients! Each week for five weeks, 60-90 minutes each week, you’ll be working with me! I train over zoom. We’ll both be viewing my screen with coaching slides while conversing over the computer. I share all slides with all my coaching client after each session.
