I have been a realtor for 10 years licensed in Maryland and California. I have read many books, taken many courses, and listened to multiple brokers trying to guide me along the way. Up until I read Jim’s book all in one sitting, I hadn’t read a book on quite sometime. Jim McCord has been a licensed realtor since 1993. He s worked for local, regional and nationwide real estate firms. Jim is currently licensed with Keller Williams in Cincinnati, OH and lives in Ft Thomas, KY. He has four grown children, two boys and two girls, loves to travel, hike, run and bicycle. In 1978 he road a bicycle from Williamsburg, VA to Florence, OR. In 2002 he ran a marathon a day from San Diego, CA to Washington, DC for diabetes awareness. He has a passion for helping and conversing with homeless people.
